Carrier’s new customer center features information on Carrier’s products and provides space for clients to learn about the history of the company. The remodel of the customer center includes the redesign of the main lobby, business center, offices and conference rooms. The new spaces enhance the customer experience.
In keeping with the tone and dialogue of the showcase lobby renovation, the office renovation seeks to modernize the work environment and reflect the needs of Carrier’s employees. A shift from closed private offices to a more open collaborative environment provide greater flexibility. Following suit, the conference rooms open up and incorporate flexible, collaborative zones throughout. The design balances the character and integrity of the existing building to commemorate Carrier’s history in Indianapolis. The renovation is LEED certified to reflect Carrier’s commitment to sustainability.
