Purdue’s College of Engineering and Polytechnic Institute (PPI) is experiencing a high rate of rapid growth. The new facility will support this growth by investing in teaching, research and collaborative spaces, enhancing open space connectivity and campus circulation, and strengthening campus identity and gateways.
The College of Engineering is planning to house its foundational engineering program to serve first-year engineering and honors programs, a student success center, along with a variety of instructional labs, student collaborate spaces and faculty offices. The Polytechnic Institute is planning to house a variety of instructional space, teaching labs, and faculty/administrative offices for construction management technology, as well as teaching lab space for the School of Engineering Technology.
