BSA proudly planned and designed a new orthopedic medical office building for Southern Indiana Orthopedics. This modern facility simultaneously meets current clinical needs while supporting future expansion. The independent physician owners sought a more prominent and spacious location than their existing clinics—one that would enhance visibility, improve operational flow, and accommodate a future ambulatory surgery center.
The design team worked closely with the physicians to establish guiding principles focused on modern aesthetics, efficiency, and accessibility. The resulting facility includes 24 exam rooms, serves four orthopedic physicians, and features a supporting imaging suite with X-ray capabilities. A highly visible entrance and large windows bring daylight deep into the public spaces, creating a welcoming and patient-friendly environment.
Positioned with direct access to a major highway, the building offers increased convenience and visibility for both patients and staff. Speed to market was essential for this project’s success. The design-build team collaborated to right-size clinical areas and streamline delivery while maintaining quality and function.
This orthopedic medical office building represents a thoughtful, future-ready healthcare solution. Designed for growth and centered on the needs of providers and patients alike, it reflects BSA’s commitment to improving lives through smart, strategic design.
