Endress+Hauser Sales and Customer Service Center

This 64,000-square-foot Customer Center serves as a dynamic hub for sales, service, training, and employee wellness at the Endress+Hauser (E+H) campus. Designed for flexibility and multi-functionality, the facility supports both internal teams and visiting customers. Additionally, each space supports collaboration, focus, and productivity with tailored acoustics and furniture solutions. BSA intentionally designed every space to meet the unique needs of E+H’s departments. Custom-designed furniture promotes collaboration while offering focused work zones and sound-controlled environments. The built environment plays a key role in shaping positive experiences—through intentional design, the center fosters innovation, wellness, and efficiency.

Employee and Visitor Amenities

The Customer Center enhances the campus experience with a full-service cafeteria and a comprehensive fitness and wellness center, accessible to employees and their families. A tiered auditorium connects to an adjacent meeting space, allowing the configuration to shift between multiple separate meetings or one large group event. By blending thoughtful spatial design with wellness-focused features, the center enhances employee satisfaction, client engagement, and brand experience. Every detail—from natural light to adaptable furniture—was curated to support productivity and well-being.
