Located at the downtown Indianapolis 16 Tech the Biosciences Research Technology Center (BRTC), a newly renovated laboratory incubator was designed to support growth projections and organizational values for enhanced outcomes. The new layout supports goals of the institute by facilitating user interaction across industries and scientific disciplines while attracting top researchers.

Founded by global life science companies, the Indiana Biosciences Research Institute (IBRI) accelerates discoveries that uncover innovation in treatment for people suffering from metabolic disease and poor nutrition. Flexible laboratories respond to future changes in research, and a collaborative work environment offers open office spaces and areas especially designed to foster innovation and encourage user interaction across industries and scientific disciplines.
With a 6,240-square-foot renovation to an existing 25,000 square feet, the new environment is centered on research and people as it impacts the process toward new discoveries and the recruitment of new talent.
