This new agricultural facility provides a transformative environment that encourages collaboration and engagement among peers with diverse interests. Research within this department spans from food production to human health as well as serving the Indiana community and the world; allowing this collaboration to occur will provide for solutions.

This new facility contains state of the art research and teaching labs, USDA inspected meat lab, live animal spaces, offices and classrooms, and USDA and state-supported spaces.

A physical department identity has been established to celebrate the people and history of the Animal Sciences and College of Agriculture and its impact on the world. The entire department is under one roof, providing flexibility for the future and promoting interaction and collaboration between researchers and students.
