The Paul H. O’Neill Graduate Center : A New Environment for Graduate Students

May 16, 2017

“I am incredibly grateful for BSA LifeStructures and the work they have done to transform our graduate building. From the natural lighting of the atrium, to the integration of technology and strategic classroom layouts, we (students) feel as though our hard work has truly been recognized and complemented. We are motivated to persist in working hard with the support of such a beautiful learning and study environment.” – Samantha Ganser, Masters of Public Affairs Student

The new Paul H. O’Neill Graduate Center houses all of Indiana University’s School of Public and Environmental Affairs (SPEA) graduate programs, opening unprecedented possibilities for study, research and collaboration.

This addition has created an identity for SPEA by aligning the front facade with its neighbors as well as improving circulation into and through the building. The exterior detailing aligns with SPEA’s forward thinking goals and mission.

SPEA’s unique multidisciplinary learning environment offers students state-of-the-art classrooms sized for master’s student core classes and equipped with leading-edge technology, and graduate-only study areas and information commons to foster networks and fellowship.

BSA LifeStructures completed architecture, interiors and engineering services for this new Indiana University Facility.
