Emmie Tyson, a BSA LifeStructures Raleigh office Architect, will be serving on the AIA Triangle Board of Directors beginning in 2018. Emmie was also awarded the 2017 AIA Triangle President’s Volunteer Award for all of her volunteer work within the Triangle community.
She will be one of 11 voting members that will serve on the board. The AIA Triangle is the local voice of the architecture profession in the Raleigh, North Carolina, region. The AIA ( American Institute of Architects) is dedicated to serving over 750 members over a ten-county area.
The group is committed to their mission of serving the members and the Triangle (region in the Piedmont of North Carolina) community by enhancing and promoting the profession of architecture.
