The result of a strategic master facility plan, this hospital expansion addresses the facility needs to support a successful community hospital.
Recommendations in the strategic master facility plan included renovation, relocation or new construction for vital areas such as clinical, physician and administrative services. These recommendations are now realized with this milestone project that renovates the existing hospital and adds an attached medical office building. The Woodlawn project achieved LEED Certified recognition through the USGBC, making it BSA LifeStructures’ first critical access hospital client to achieve that status.
