Sinai Health System Master Plan
Planning a new hospital
Before embarking on significant facility investments, Sinai Health System required the testing of the full hospital replacement program on vacant Chicago Housing Authority land. Testing the program in two phases, the study proved that the hospital could be replaced in its entirety, including parking. Specifically, the study called for the first phase to consist of a new ambulatory care center and the second phase the replacement of the hospital inpatient programs.
