School of Law - Lawrence W. Inlow Hall
Law school full of hidden technology
As the systems engineering designer for Inlow Hall, this facility provides a new and more visible identity for the Indiana University School of Law on the Indianapolis campus.
The building addresses a lack of classroom space in the previous facility and responds to changes in law school education with greater media access in classrooms. Integral to the new structure are several types of classrooms, all with varying configurations of advanced audiovisual and telecommunication technology. The entire building, three wings around an atrium, has a specialized HVAC system for the control of humidity in the library and smoke evacuation in the atrium.
