Benesse Oncology Center provides local residents the best of big-city cancer treatment thanks to new technology delivered close to home by a community-focused Major Hospital. Located prominently near a major interstate highway in a newly developed technology park, the two-story brick-and-steel building is placed to be easily found, putting patients at ease.
Inside, hallways and waiting areas have fireplaces, accent walls, stained-glass panels, an aquarium and other amenities to make the space as comfortable as possible for people fighting cancer. Natural light enters through clerestory windows and skylights, and waiting areas have windows with views into the gardens. Treatment areas include medical and radiation oncology and lymphedema.
