Investing in plant biotechnology research
In a joint collaboration between a developer and a leading corporate research company, this laboratory building adds approximately 60,000 square feet of agricultural biotech research space in its first step of investing heavily into plant biotechnology. The building has a long term lease on the building which is directly adjacent to its global headquarters. The two-story building opened for research just 11 months after the groundbreaking of the facility. The research facility houses two groups – regulatory sciences group and trait product development and includes office space, research laboratories, and environmental growth storage space.
