The Heritage Group manages a series of internationally-focused companies in the construction, fuel and environmental industries. Although tied together by a research and development team, the companies and the human capital operated independently.

Company leadership engaged BSA LifeStructures and affiliate firm Maregatti Interiors to explore creation of a new corporate campus that would better support collaboration and the resulting transfer of knowledge. The proposed solution uses collaborative, open spaces to better align business strategy to operational models for people, process, technology and work environment. Sustainability is integrated into business strategy through design, using increased access to nature and high performance that reinforces the company’s environmental interests.
