Hunt Hall Science Building
Bringing students and faculty together
Hunt Hall, with its limestone masonry, fits neatly into the existing fabric of this regional campus of Indiana University and forms an important corner that anchors the main diagonal pathway across campus. Large windows flood the common areas, classrooms and laboratories with light, allowing students to view a nearby wooded stream.
The building is home to the science and mathematics departments. Specialized lab spaces include biology, chemistry, physics, geology, math and information sciences and allied health. These flexible labs can be adapted as research and teaching practices change.
Virgil and Elizabeth Hunt Hall was featured in College Planning & Management in recognition for outstanding architecture and design in education.
