Health Services Center

Supporting the university’s student health initiative

Western Kentucky University’s Health Services Center is a single-story freestanding facility that provides health services for the University’s students, faculty, dependents and the general public. The health center is sized to meet local needs with16 general purpose exam rooms, two minor procedure rooms, a three-room allergy clinic, laboratory, digital x-ray room and associated clinical and administrative support spaces.

The facility is located next to the Preston Health and Activities Center to reinforce the concept of holistic healing. An exterior space connects the two facilities and is used for outdoor classes, demonstrations and displays related to health and fitness.
