Foster Medical Pavilion
Implementing the First Phase of a Master Plan
This project addresses immediate issues with a new 8-story medical office building. The outpatient building will house up to 30 new doctors’ offices, a surgery center, a pharmacy, a restaurant and a new 260-space parking structure that the medical office building sits atop.
The new building sits on a prominent site and makes a bold design statement that communicates high quality care and state-of-the-art technology in a convenient location to their Chicago-area patients. The building will include new clinics for orthopedics, pediatrics, neurology, thoracic, podiatry, pain management and urology.
The facility is designed to obtain a LEED Silver certification upon completion.
