Medical Arts Building fulfills a variety of needs

The Cardiology Rehabilitation Center and Clinic facility focuses on holistic cardiac care in an outpatient setting. Currently occupied by a cardiac clinic and cardiac rehab, the design allows space for future incorporation of a nuclear medicine.

Wayfinding is simplified with exam suites grouped along a common corridor that opens to a central waiting space flanked by educational and consultation rooms. Physician offices are conveniently located adjacent to exam suites. The design captures natural light wherever possible, including placement of the rehabilitation gym that opens up to a landscaped site.
