Modernized surgery facility for local residents

The Olympian Surgical Suites facility was developed through a partnership between a physician and a construction company to provide residents in the Champaign, Illinois area with a modern outpatient surgery center.

Olympian Surgical Suites consists of an 11,000-square-feet surgery center and a 6,000 square feet medical office building. The building’s design uses shared areas of reception, waiting and mechanical spaces to maximize efficiency and lower construction and operational costs. Designed with growth in mind, the flexible footprint allows expansion to include additional operating rooms and an expansion to the office space for recruiting physicians.
