Michael Castor

As a Board Member and Senior Director of Engineering Services, Mike is responsible for overall strategic direction of the 75+ design professionals in the engineering practice. Under Mike’s leadership, BSA LifeStructures has experienced consistent growth from his ability to manage the diversification of market expertise, engineering services, and project delivery methods that respond to the ever-changing definition of high-performance facilities.

Prior to joining BSA LifeStructures, Mike acquired an expertise for complex projects through consulting in precise manufacturing environments. Previously the firm’s Director of Commissioning Services, he is passionate about delivery of projects that successfully balance financial investment and performance. Mike is a graduate of Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.
