Richard Berger

Rick extends the role of the built environment and its support of healing, learning and discovery into the surrounding landscape through strategic site planning, design and analysis. He provides leadership to the Site Planning practice that is composed of a interdisciplinary group of civil engineering, landscape architecture and site planning experts. Rick is an ardent supporter of environmentally-conscious site design and is currently overseeing multiple bio-mass to energy projects for municipalities and regional utility organizations.
 
Rick is passionate about using his profession and experience to positively impact the community. For several years, he has been involved in global outreach programs that provide professional services related to community health and development. He has personally overseen tremendous community development in underserved villages in Haiti.
