Terry brings over 30 years of healthcare experience to her role at BSA LifeStructures as an expert in operational, occupancy and transition planning. Applying her years of experience in nursing and executive leadership, Terry places an emphasis on safe, efficient and effective healthcare processes. Terry’s creative facilitation style engages staff at all levels of the organization enabling her to focus on delivering solutions to patients and hospital staff.
Terry routinely utilizes lean concepts and tools in a hands-on, well organized approach to create practical processes to maximize results for caregivers, patients and design teams.
