Scott Weaver

Scott is Director of Commissioning at BSA LifeStructures. He brings years of experience in the management and commissioning of complex projects in the life sciences industry. Scott uses his knowledge of MEP systems to develop a quality-based approach that verifies systems are installed and operate as designed. 

Scott believes that implementing a commissioning program that focuses on testing, verifying and documenting system level performance is valuable in uncovering any operational issues before owner occupancy. The result is an increase in a building’s value and provides owners with improved operations, efficiency and improved air quality, which ultimately lowers operating, maintenance and energy costs.
