Scot Heller

Scot has been with the firm since 1991 and brings over 30 years of experience in the project management and construction industry. He has served as Contract Manager for some of the firm’s most significant healthcare, institutional, research and academic projects. These projects have ranged from small renovations and build-outs to large, new construction capital projects delivered by lump sum bid, fast-track, multiple prime, multi-phase and construction management approaches.

While Scot is committed to managing projects’ design intent, budget and schedule, he is also focused on maintaining a high quality project in terms of delivery and built environment. His licensure as a professional engineer is invaluable in resolving technical matters and communicating resolutions clearly to all project stakeholders.
