Samuel Reed

Sam has been one of the most accomplished engineers and leaders since joining BSA LifeStructures in 1992. Known among his peers as a skilled communicator, Sam is able to effectively collaborate on critical design issues with CEOs, facility personnel and building users. He has a passion for design solutions that have a lasting positive impact for clients and as such has been a champion for raising the standards for high performance facility design within the firm.

Prior to his current role as Senior Director, Sam was President and Chairman of BSA LifeStructures for fourteen years. During his tenure, he elevated the firm to national stature as evidenced by numerous publications ranking BSA LifeStructures as one of the largest firms specializing in healthcare, higher education and research facilities. Sam is a graduate of Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and is a registered professional engineer in 49 states and U.S. territories.
