As Managing Director of Practice Groups, Bob combines a broad base of design and facility knowledge with a visionary leadership style to lead the firm’s professional services operations. Bob promotes best practices in both innovation and delivery through his long-standing dedication to using building information modeling for both simple and complex projects. Bob currently sits on the firm’s Leadership Council, bringing financial, staffing and operational viability to the ongoing growth of BSA LifeStructures.

Bob joined the firm in 1991 after graduating from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.  He is an active member in both local and national engineering professional groups, including the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers and the National Society of Professional Engineers. Bob also serves on the American Heart Association’s Heart Walk Executive Leadership Team and served on the Board of Directors for the Humane Society for 6 years.
