We do so through close examination and evaluation of each university’s overarching strategic, financial and academic plans.
BSA LifeStructures understands that creation of a campus plan is only part of the solution. That is why our process includes exploration of how plans are implemented – whether that is this year of ten years from now. Campus plans are continually refined until they naturally transition to precinct plans. Precincts identify neighborhoods within the campus master plan and enable design efforts to be leveraged across multiple buildings for greater impact.
